History
Lots first, houses later.
Robin Hood Estates was laid out on paper well before its houses went up. In 2007 the Town considered a resubdivision of two of its lots, numbers 53 and 63, and in 2008 the Town Council took up a street vacation in its first phase. Water and sewer mains were laid in the town’s 2007 to 2008 fiscal year.
The houses came after the plats: every home on record here was built in 2010 or later. Its two streets, Robin Hood Drive and Little John Circle, take their names from the tales of Robin Hood.
