Liberty, Freedom and the Magna Carta.
Vistavia, which the county records as Vista Via, was built in two phases, and its houses on record date from 1987 to 2000, most of them from the 1990s. Five of its six streets end in Via: Constitution, Freedom, Liberty, Magna Carta and Tranquility. The sixth is Capitol Way, and Independence Boulevard runs along its edge.
The town’s Recreation Center, opened in 1997 on North Franklin Street, is about three-quarters of a mile northeast.
