A townhome development off Midway Plaza Drive NW near Corning Drive NW at the north end of town. Council approved a plat combining Midway Plaza lots in April 2021 and public utility easements in January 2022, when staff said an older site plan had been revised for 46 townhomes with three entrances from Midway Plaza Drive. The Midway Plaza Townhomes site plan was listed as resubmitted in May 2026; its layout sheet lists lots 1 to 46.

The two development parcels are zoned Multi-Family Residential (R-3) in county parcel records, about 2.51 and 2.47 acres. The May 2026 layout sheet gives the street address of lot 1 as 405 Monroe Court NW. A council member noted in 2022 that the Norfolk Southern railway tunnel is near the site. The applicant is not named in the posted records.
