Campbell Town Green is a 10-lot townhome subdivision with two open space lots at the corner of Depot Street NE and Harless Street NE: seven lots on Harless Street and three facing Depot Street. Council rezoned the 1.38 acres from General Business (B-3) to Multi-Family Residential (R-3) with proffers on March 9, 2021, and approved the subdivision plat in January 2022 and again in June 2024 after the land changed hands. The Town approved the site plan in August 2024 and a revised layout in September 2025, and county records list homes built in 2025 on the three Depot Street lots.

The 2021 rezoning applicant was Gay and Neel, Inc., for owner Depot Street Development LLC. When Council re-approved the plat on June 11, 2024, a council member said the earlier owner had not followed through and the property was under new ownership; staff said no ordinance changes affected the subdivision. The two open space lots are to be owned and kept by a homeowners association. The September 2025 plan revision is labeled 'owner layout changes', and county records now list lots 1, 2, 8, 9 and 10 plus Areas A to D from a Campbell Town Green resubdivision. The property is designated Residential on the 2013 Future Land Use Map.
