Madison Apartment Homes proffer amendment

Madison Apartment Homes asked to remove a 2020 proffer that caps its 7.95 acres at Peppers Ferry Road, New Village Drive and Bozeman Trail at 72 units until the owner builds a public road from Bozeman Trail to Walters Drive. The applicant said the right-of-way could not be obtained. Town Council's motion to approve failed on June 23, 2026 when the Mayor broke a 3-3 tie against it.
