Kensington subdivision Phases VIII and XI, Kensington Way NW and Diana Drive NW
The Town approved site plans for two more phases of the Kensington subdivision in west Christiansburg in June 2024: Phase VIII on Kensington Way NW and Phase XI off Diana Drive NW. County parcel records show 17 recorded lots in Phase VIII, six of them with homes built in 2025 or 2026, and 7 recorded lots in Phase XI South on Diana Drive NW.

Phase XI was first submitted in January 2024 and Phase VIII in March 2024; both were resubmitted in spring 2024 before approval. The approved Phase XI sheet covers a north area as well; lots there were not found in county records as of October 2026. Home types and the developer are not stated on the posted sheets; earlier Kensington phase plats (for example Phase X in 2020) were filed by F & B Land, LP.
